To print a Microsoft Word document, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the Word document you want to print.
  2. Click on the "File" menu located in the top left corner of the window.
  3. Select the "Print" option from the menu.

  •        Print: Click on the Print button Your Printing Start.
  •        Copies: How many copies do you want to Enter the Number of Copies.
  •        Printer: There are Select the Printer to print.


Setting



  1. ·          Print All Pages in your Document.
  2. ·         Print The Selected Page to Print.
  3. ·         Print the Current Page In your Document. If you are working on any page .
  4.       Custom Print: Select Custom Page and Print the Page. 
  5. ·         Only Print Odd Pages.
  6. ·         Only Print Even Pages
  7.    




Print One Side:

Only you can print the Paper One side.

Manually Print Both Side:

In this process You First Print One Side and after then Print opposite Side of Paper.


Collected: This option will be used for print the number of Copy Sequence by.

Uncollected: If you are used uncollected option for print the without sequence by.

Orientation 

Portrait Orientation: 

Landscape Orientation

Size:

Paper Size:  If you have selected the paper Size to print.  Mortally A4 paper used for printing.



Margin:

There are many types of Margins Available. But Default Used Normal Margin & Narrow Margin.
