In this blog, we are going to teach you how we can do voice typing in Microsoft 365 and how to do it. What all do we need to know about voice typing. Let's go.
First of all you will need internet in which we have to run 365 office online. First you will need a mic or earphone which you have to connect with your system. After that you can use its option.
To activate Microsoft 365, you have to go to your Google Chrome and type Microsoft 365 online and you will get the link in it. As soon as you click on that link, your Microsoft 365 gets activated. After it gets activated, the most important part is that it should have your Microsoft user ID, by which you will log in to it and your option will get activated in it.
After that you have to click on your document. As soon as you click on the document, your Microsoft Office Word will be turned on. From that, you will easily see its dialog box window. As you can see below.
Then after that you will see that in the last option of your home menu, you will get an option. Detect it. As soon as you click on it, your browser will ask you for permission whether you are activating the mic in your browser or not, then you have to give permission to it.
As soon as you click on the detect option, your mic will become active and after it becomes active, whatever word you speak in it will start getting typed automatically. Along with this, there are other settings in it in which you can select any language of your choice. By selecting the language, you can get typing done in any language.
